Aidy Boothroyd has managed at every level of English football. He was just 34 when he was appointed manager of Watford in March 2005 and he immediately saved the club from relegation from the second tier of English football. The following season he led them to promotion to the Premier League via the play-offs.
An early graduate of the LMA’s Certificate in Applied Management at Warwick University, he has also managed at Colchester United, Coventry City and Northampton Town. Currently manager of the England U21 side, he has also enjoyed spells in charge of the U19s and U20s.
