Gary Caldwell

A versatile defender who turned out for Hibernian, Celtic and Wigan, Gary Caldwell made over 50 appearances for Scotland before hanging up his boots.
Moving into coaching in early 2015, he joined the staff at Wigan Athletic’s academy and was promoted to first team manager just a couple of months later.
Unable to halt the club’s relegation to League One, the following season he guided Wigan back to the Championship as champions.
In recognition of this achievement, he recieved the award for LMA League One Manager of the Year for 2016.
He subsequently enjoyed a spell as manager of Chesterfield, and is currently manager of Partick Thistle
