Ian Holloway

Holloway launched his managerial career with home-town Bristol Rovers in 1996 and has so far taken charge of four clubs.

In his first full season with Blackpool, Holloway remarkably guided Blackpool to the Barclays Premier League with a 3-2 play-off final victory over Cardiff City. The success saw The Seasiders return to the top flight of English football after a 39 year absence and Holloway became only the second Blackpool manager after Les Shannon to win promotion in his first full season.
