Mikey Harris is professional development phase coach at Brighton, working with the U18s, a role he also performed at Portsmouth for nearly four years.
Previously, at just 28, he was appointed manager of Salisbury City in the Conference Premier, making him the youngest full-time manager in English football at the time. He had been Salisbury’s assistant manager since he was 23 and had helped the club to two promotions in three seasons.
