Stuart Pearce

Stuart Pearce began his playing career at Wealdstone in 1982 before going on to play for Coventry City, Nottingham Forest, Newcastle United, West Ham United and Manchester City. A coaching role followed before he returned to Forest, then moved back to City as first-team manager.
In February 2007 Pearce took the England Under-21 job, guiding his team to the European Championships semi-final in that year, and the final two years later in Sweden.
As well as assisting in senior national team duties under Fabio Capello, Pearce also took charge of the Great Britain team at the 2012 London Olympics before returning to club management with Forest. Most recently he assisted David Moyes at West Ham.
