This session is about defending as a group or unit. It looks at the relationships between players and teaches them how to use recovery moves to maximum advantage.

Biography

Andy Scott is head of recruitment at Swansea City. He has managed Brentford, Rotherham and Aldershot. Scott won promotion in his first full season as a manager to mark a triumphant start to his career with Brentford. Scott, a popular player at Griffin Park, led Brentford to promotion and the League Two title in 2008-09. Scott has also worked for Brentford as chief scout and head of recruitment and Watford as sporting director.
