Andy Scott is head of recruitment at Swansea City. He has managed Brentford, Rotherham and Aldershot.
Scott won promotion in his first full season as a manager to mark a triumphant start to his career with Brentford. Scott, a popular player at Griffin Park, led Brentford to promotion and the League Two title in 2008-09. Scott has also worked for Brentford as chief scout and head of recruitment and Watford as sporting director.
