Antonio Gomez is the sports scientist and first team strength and conditioning coach at Barcelona, working under several coaches. Starting out at his hometown club Real Murcia the Spaniard moved on to Lleida and Cartagena before Gomez went to the UK where he worked for Liverpool, Sunderland and Ipswich. Returning to Cartagena he joined Barcelona in 2012.
