James Marrs


James Marrs is currently the head coach of Crystal Palace Women, competing in the FA Women’s Championship.

He was formerly the head coach of women and girls football at Brighton and Hove Albion, where he led the senior women’s team to promotion to the FA Women’s Super League in 2016 before being appointed the manager of West Ham United Ladies.

He has also enjoyed a spell as first team coach of Charlton Athletic Women and spent two seasons as the manager of Gillingham Women.
