Biography

Michael Appleton has been manager of Lincoln City since September 2019. Appleton had been coaching at Leicester and West Bromwich Albion having previously managed Blackpool, Portsmouth, Blackburn Rovers and Oxford United. Before that Appleton was at West Brom – a 10-year spell that saw him serve as player and first-team coach.
