The 100 passes game

In Possession

This session looks at transitioning between attack and defence. It’s useful for us because it examines all the elements of pressure, possession, technique and fitness, and isolates in opponents weak areas that can be exploited.

Biography

Steve Eyre was manager of Rochdale in 2011. The highlight of his tenure was a 2-0 win at Premier League side QPR in the second round of the Carling Cup. Eyre moved to Spotland after a 21-year spell at Manchester City where he helped guide their youngsters to five league titles and two FA Youth Cup finals. He later coached at Huddersfield, Chesterfield and Fleetwood. He holds the UEFA A License.
