The aim of the session is for players to try and keep possession in order to dominate the game. It’s also designed to encourage players to play one-touch or two-touch football. After a lengthy playing career that took in spells at Nottingham Forest, Barnsley and Aston Villa, Stuart Gray moved into coaching with Southampton, later becoming manager of the club after the departure of Glenn Hoddle.
