This session is based on a small-sided game with overloads producing overlapping attacking play.

Biography

As a player, Skiverton was a prominent figure at Yeovil Town, spending 23 years at Huish Park having signed in 1999.

The defender captained Yeovil to FA Trophy glory and helped them reach the Football League, eventually rising to Championship level when part of the backroom staff - having by then had his first taste of management as player-boss.

Made caretaker-boss again and then assistant, Skiverton also took over as academy manager, combining the role with first-team coach before joining Jackson at Charlton.

Jackson left the Addicks at the end of season 2021-22 - being appointed by AFC Wimbledon soon after, with Skiverton joining as his assistant.
