David Pears and Mike Nolan

Biography

David Pears is currently U10 coach for Bedfordshire FA ETC. He is also a senior lecturer at The University of Bedfordshire where he leads their BA (Hons.) Football Coaching course. He has coached in the girls and women’s game for 25 years.

Mike Nolan is a coach, coach developer and mentor who has been involved in the female talent pathway for 16 years, having coached across the age groups including the adult game.
