Jarred Marsh

Jarred Marsh is a high-performance coach based in Lausanne, Switzerland, with over a decade of experience working across youth development and elite sport. He has a background in professional football and has supported athletes competing at amateur, national, and international levels. Jarred holds a Master’s degree in Exercise Science, a postgraduate qualification in rehabilitation sciences, and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). His work focuses on long-term athlete development, injury risk reduction, and evidence-informed training practice. Aside from being a recreational runner in his spare time, Jarred has contributed to two published books on the applied science of football.
