Neil Cutler is the 35-year-old goalkeeping coach at npower League One side Scunthorpe United. He moved to the Lincolnshire club from Bury along with first-team manager Alan Knill, and oversees the development of the club’s senior and youth shot-stoppers.

Cutler’s own goalkeeping career was cut short in 2007 at Rotherham United, when he was forced to retire from the professional game due to a persistent back injury.

He had made over 200 senior appearances for a host of English sides including Chester City, Stoke City and Stockport County, and made one appearance in the Premier League for Aston Villa.
