This fitness edition is designed to help amateur and aspiring coaches improve their players’ abilities, particularly in the period leading up to the start of the new campaign.
We have showcased a series of plans and a range of specialisms – strength, agility, fitness, technique and endurance – using the insight of training ground experts from Manchester United, Fulham, Sheffield Wednesday, Huddersfield Town and FC Cartagena.
While these sessions vary between four and six weeks in length, the intention is that you can select which components you feel work best for your team. It all adds up to an all-encompassing
and original blueprint for players’ pre-season development, and one we hope you’ll enjoy.
