Formations & Tactics

Pressing high gives your team the chance to regain possession as soon as possible. This session will help both individual roles and team movement when pressing opponents in their own half of the pitch, starting from their defensive third.

Biography

Edu Rubio was most recently a first team coach at Crawley Town departing in June 2020. He had previously been head of academy coaching and U18s coach at MK Dons. He came to MK in July 2015 from the Nike Academy, where he had been the assistant manager, helping to develop young, unsigned players break through into professional football, while also leading the coaching and games programmes. A UEFA Pro Licensed coach, he had earlier worked with MK Dons as an U13s coach and during his career he has enjoyed spells with the FA, Chelsea U15s and with Valencia in Spain.
