We provide accredited CPD through events with our partners the League Managers Association and London FA. Events that award CPD are marked in advance and require submission of your FAN and your attendance at the event. These events may be online or in person.

Additionally, if you are working in a professional academy you can seek accreditation through your YCD. Presenting your dossier to your YCD is an excellent way to demonstrate your personal development through Elite Soccer.

Perhaps. Some clubs have paid for coaches to enrol but this is at the club’s discretion. We can provide clubs with a discount for enrolling multiple coaches. Ask your Head of Coaching to contact kevin@elitesoccercoaching.net for more details.

Your dossier is a personal reflection of what you value, how you live those values and how you maintain alignment. It can be as broad and deep as you need it to be.

There is no template to complete and your dossier may never be "complete". We recommend you begin your journey with us by building your dossier, following the 4 components of our syllabus. In completing your dossier you’ll design your own syllabus during the following weeks and months you’ll refer back to it, develop and refine it as you continue to explore approaches to coaching and player development.

Yes. But we recommend attending events (online and in-person) as these provide the opportunity to speak directly with your peers and the industry experts.
