Elite Soccer partners with Union FC Indy

Elite Soccer is delighted to partner with Union FC Indy to deliver our professional development programme to a group of coaches across the club’s competitive programme. 

 

This exciting collaboration provides Union FC Indy’s academy with access to high-quality, external coach professional development (CPD), aligned with Elite Soccer’s comprehensive player and coach development syllabus. The programme will be delivered through a flexible model designed to meet the individual needs of coaches operating within the American youth soccer landscape.

 

Investing in coaches

At the heart of this partnership is a shared commitment to investing in coaches as the primary drivers of player development. Union FC Indy continues to prioritise long-term learning, reflective practice, and innovation across its academy structure.

Through the Elite Soccer Coaching Award, Union FC Indy coaches will be challenged and supported to refine their methodology, deepen their understanding of player development, and contribute to a connected community of practice.

In addition to Elite Soccer’s world-class CPD programme—anchored by the Elite Soccer Coaching Award—Union FC Indy’s academy staff will receive full access to Elite Soccer’s extensive session library. The library includes training practices and session plans authored by leading Premier League, English Football League, European, and international coaches, providing practical inspiration to support daily training environments.
