Pre-season training
This session looks at getting the players back into specific game situations after a break in action. It looks at principles of play when both in and out of possession and also incorporates a strong physical element.

Biography

Scott Guyett is responsible for making sure the Crystal Palace first-team squad are fit, and stay fit throughout the course of the year.

A former professional footballer with the likes of AFC Bournemouth, Yeovil Town, Southport, Oxford United, Chester City and Aldershot Town.
