This session is all about exploiting and executing the attacking overloads to create goalscoring opportunities: how can we create the overloads, and how can we take advantage of the overloads that we have created in the final third?

Previous clubs: Coventry City (first-team coach), Ghana men’s national team (assistant coach), Aston Villa (under-23s professional development coach, under-18s assistant coach), Blackburn Rovers (under-13s lead coach), Kelantan (head coach)

Started coaching: 2014

Highest coaching qualification: UEFA Pro Licence

Biggest achievement as a coach: Qualifying for the World Cup in Qatar with Ghana and winning against South Korea there
